Well, often we receive inquiries for general tax advice and in an international context that makes a lot of sense. But here again the German law makes tings a bit more difficult. While we do have naturally also solid competence in tax issues related to insurance, pension, investment or mortgage related matters (and one of our directors in Germany even has a degree in international taxation from Harvard Law School, mind you) we are not allowed to give general advice by German law.
The profession of a tax accountant is closely protected in Germany and only licensed tax accountants are allowed to give general tax advice.
From our experience and even more so from the experience of many clients we do share together in the meantime, we can warmly and strongly recommend THOMAS ZITZELSBERGER from Expatax.de You can find out more about the concept and services of Expatax here or simply get in in contact with Thomas directly via email.
